Challenge
Haraik needed a single operating layer for internal staff and clients. Email threads, scattered files, and informal approvals could not survive an audit.
Approach
I designed a Next.js platform around explicit state machines: roles, MFA, document trails, consultation tracking, and automated communications. Every transition is attributable.
Outcome
Partners and clients now share a live view of progress. The firm can orchestrate multi-role work without losing the paper trail that professional services demand.
